These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites and services of HR Painting & Design Inc ("we," "us"), a licensed California painting contractor (CSLB License #1092503) located at 1373 North Dominion Ave, Pasadena, CA 91104. By using our website, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
We provide residential and commercial painting services, including interior painting (walls, ceilings, cabinets, trim, accent and feature walls, whole-home repaints) and exterior painting (siding, stucco, trim, fences, decks, and related surface preparation and finishes) in Pasadena and surrounding California communities.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time. Estimates are not binding until a written agreement is signed by both you and HR Painting & Design Inc. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or concealed conditions are discovered, and any change will be documented in writing before additional work proceeds.
4. Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointment and project dates are scheduled with you in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule an estimate or project date, please give us as much notice as possible by calling (626) 438-5068. We will do the same for you if weather or prior-job conditions require a change.
5. Workmanship Warranty
Our work is backed by a workmanship and materials guarantee of up to five (5) years, as stated in your written agreement. The written agreement controls the warranty's exact scope, duration, and exclusions.
6. Contractor License Disclosure
HR Painting & Design Inc is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board, CSLB License #1092503, and is bonded and insured. You can verify our license at cslb.ca.gov.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from HR Painting & Design Inc related to estimate and quote requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers.
How to opt in. You may opt in by submitting a form on hrpaintinginc.com (including our landing pages at interior.hrpaintinginc.com and exterior.hrpaintinginc.com) with the SMS consent box checked, by providing your mobile number verbally to our team during a call or estimate, or by texting us directly at our business number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time or text START.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HR Painting & Design Inc's total liability arising out of or related to our website or services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services at issue.
